With a master's degree in commerce and business administration, Mr. Rakesh Giri is a highly driven professional with over two decades of experience in the Mining, Steel, Cement, and Power Industries. His expertise extends to managing procurement and supply chain operations for large corporations in the Steel, Power, Mining, and Infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Giri has successfully overseen the procurement and supply of raw materials, dealing with a staggering volume of 3 MTPA (Million Tons Per Annum). His extensive knowledge also includes Railway liaison and Road Logistics, with a focus on regions like Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha.

Bikash Kumar Agrawal (CA, Age- 45 years)

A Chartered Accountant with 17+ Years of Steel Industry Expertise

Mr. Bikash Kumar Agrawal brings a wealth of experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of expertise, including 15+ years in the Steel Industry. His skill set spans Accounting, Finance, Costing and Budgeting, SAP-ERP, Taxation, Insurance, and Commercial and Marketing functions. Notably, he served as the Finance Controller for Electrosteel Steels Limited, a company with an annual turnover of approximately 11000 Crores. This company featured an Integrated Steel Plant with various facilities, including a Coke Oven, Sinter, Pellet Plant, Blast Furnace, Basic Oxygen Furnace, Billet Caster, Wire Rod Mill, Rebar Mill, and a Power Plant. His role entailed the management of the group's substantial annual expenditure of 5000 Crores, demonstrating his strong grasp of commercial and marketing operations. Mr. Agrawal boasts a solid track record of achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives in dynamic and rapidly changing environments.

Most recently, they've entered into a long-term agreement with Adani Enterprises Limited, a prominent subsidiary of the Adani Group, to provide procurement and liaison services for iron ore exports outside of India.
